If you have a knowledge of building a web site with WYSIWYG editors such as Dreamweaver, GoLive etc. then good shopping cart software that links to your web editor could be for you as you won’t need to worry about the scripting behind the site that makes it all work well with a cart system and a payment processor. You do need to have some knowledge of changing HTML code but not much.
The main reason is that the software is a ‘turnkey’ solution and so you can set it all up pretty quickly depending on how many products you are offering. Also the fact is that once you’ve purchased the software you can build another shop for another web site something you can’t do with online shopping cart systems. DON’T FORGET: Check that your Hosting company provides the necessary applications you’ll need.
